From 2.30pm to 5.30pm, the community got together to share some fermented creations, talking about fermenting techniques, and soaking in the brine of a fizzy creativity. There was a prize to the most outstanding fermented creation: A 4.5L Fermenting Pot, from www.fermentforlife.co.nz
